Important Raw Dairy information
Handling of Raw Dairy
Raw Diary is a living product full of enzymes and probiotic. It is important to keep your raw dairy products cold. Please make sure your coolers have plenty of ice or ice packs on delivery day and keep them in the coldest part of your refrigerator.
Glass Packaging
All of our Dairy Products are packaged in reusable glass bottles and Jars. This packaging is environmentally friendly and protects the flavor of our dairy products. However, they are fragile we recommend using dairy bottle carriers to transport your milk from your cooler to the house.
Care of Glass bottles and Jars
Glass bottles and Jars MUST be returned when they are empty. We ask that you wash them with warm soapy water and let dry.
( Don't wash them in the dishwasher )
Then place them in your cooler on delivery day so we can pick them up. If you fail to return your glass ware in a timely manner you will be charged for them.
Monthly Herd Share Subscriptions
How to Order your Dairy Products
All dairy products are sold via monthly subscriptions. You must sign up for each item you want and each Item will be billed separately this makes it easier for us to make subscription changes when needed.
We do charge a flat rate monthly delivery fee regardless of how much you order. You will need to subscribe for delivery separately from your dairy subscriptions.
